Function Rooms The Garden Room is a brightly illuminated pleasant room and it is suitable for many types of function - formal dinners, buffets, meetings, family parties, rehearsals, dances and live performances. It has an excellent sprung floor, a grand piano and an en-suite kitchen with a serving hatch, plus facilities for the preparation of hot food and drinks. Wheelchair access is provided together with a disabled persons' toilet. For maximum comfort the room capacity is 65. The Glebe Room is adjacent to the Garden Room and they share the kitchen facilities. It is often used in conjunction with the Garden Room to provide extra capacity for people needed to cater for a larger gathering. It also has robust flooring making it an ideal location for childrens' parties, pre-school groups etc. The capacity of the Glebe Room for maximum comfort is 50. Wheelchair access and toilets are also provided.     The Deall Room is the latest addition to the Centre. It is a bright and airy room with excellent lighting and direct access to the gardens via two French windows. The facilities include 10 power points, a piano and an area for the preparation of hot and cold drinks. This versatile room can be used for a variety of purposes with a capacity for 60 persons - wheelchair access and toilets are provided. The George Porter Room can cater for up to 45 people. It has a composite floor and is suitable for a range of activities. Wheelchair access is provided. The Baker Room has a composite floor, full length mirrors and dance barres. It can be used not only as a meeting or function room but is also ideal for dance classes and workshops. The capacity is 35 persons and it has wheelchair access. The Penny Room is on the first floor adjacent to the theatre. With a capacity of 16 it is an ideal meeting room or dressing room for stage performers.       Southwick Community Centre
