Meeting
and Seminar Rooms
The
Homestead was originally the Manor Farmhouse and it is
a Grade II listed building of great character and substance. It
contains a number of meeting rooms ranging in capacity from 16 to
30 persons. All rooms have tables, chairs and they are suitable
for educational purposes, training classes, seminars, workshops
and committee meetings.
The Window Room is on the ground floor and it is
wheelchair accessible (with assistance). A light and airy room,
it has French windows opening onto the gardens. A room with character,
it has many power points and a white board. The capacity is 30 persons.

Flint Room
is an oak-beamed room, also on the ground floor with wheelchair access
(with assistance), power points and a white board. The maximum capacity
is 25 people.
The Alcove Room is on the ground floor and it too
has oak beams. With plenty of light, it has many power points, a white
board and a projection screen. It can comfortably cater for up to
30 people, there is wheelchair access (with assistance).
The Bunyan Room is a carpeted first floor room with
power points and a white board. It has a capacity for optimum comfort
of 16 people.
The Downsview Room is a small yet comfortable, first
floor, carpeted room with power points and a white board. Its capacity
is 16 people.
