The Homestead

The 73rd Annual General Meeting of Southwick Community Association will be held on Monday I July, at the Community Centre, at 7.45pm. Refreshments will be available before the start of the meeting.

The AGM is open to anyone who is an individual member of the Association or who belongs to one of our member organisations.

(Please note, however, that voting rights at the AGM are restricted to the representatives who have been

 formally nominated by the groups currently affiliated to the Association.)

Consultative Forum.  Once the the formal business of the AGM is completed, the meeting carries on in the shape of the Association’s Forum. This is the opportunity for more informal feedback and discussion about the running of the Community Centre - as well as plans and ideas for the future.

Here are a some important topics expected to feature at the Forum:

NB.  Owing to the Covid-19 emergency, it has not been possible to hold the scheduled 2020 AGM.

Under the Association’s Constitution, the Trustees appointed in July 2019 are remaining in post until such time as a fresh AGM can actually be held.
