Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s what the Zumba programme is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance “fitness-party”.

There are currently three sessions a week at the Community Centre - on Monday evenings, Wednesday mornings and Wednesday evenings. You can find the latest information about session times on the Centre’s on-line calendar.

There is a charge for each session attended - but the first session is free!
